Differences Between Different Editions of Talenture IH

Summary
Talenture IH comes in different product editions to cater to multiple team sizes, processes and automation requirements. This article explains the features available in each edition as well as the overall purpose and differences among these to enable users to select the edition most suited to their requirements.

1. Editions
Talenture IH provides the following editions:

• Standard
• Professional
• Enterprise

1.0  Talenture IH Standard Edition
The Standard Edition is the entry-level edition of Talenture IH. It is targeted at small teams of 1 to 10 users with limited collaboration requirements.

• Enables implementing a public shared candidate database from all important candidate sources with full search facility.
• Tools for organizing candidates in database
• Built-in email communication features using pre-defined system email accounts.
• End-to-end recruitment process workflow for single role work assignment to recruiters.

• Basic reporting to track and monitor day-to-day work

2. RECRUITMENT PROCESS
2.0	Job Processing	End-to-end job workflow from raising job order, candidate sourcing till placement and invoicing.
2.1	Single Role Workflows	Recruitment workflow supporting assignment of work to a single recruiter.  Limitations Jobs can be assigned to single recruiters only. No sharing of work among multiple recruiters.
2.2	Flexi Workflows	Flexible recruitment workflow supporting skipping of intermediate steps if required for more dynamic and fast-paced recruitment scenarios.
2.3	Vendor Management (Internal Hiring)	Vendor management features to manage placement vendors and share job requirements with them.
3. COMMUNICATION FEATURES
3.0	Send Mail	Support for direct sending of mail to candidates/clients etc. from Talenture IH.
3.1	Email Templates	Library of pre-defined email formats for common recruitment situations such as notification about a new job requirement, submittal of resumes to client, interview scheduling notification etc.
3.2	SMS Integration	Support for direct sending of SMS to candidates/clients etc. from Talenture IH.
3.3	Mass Mail	Integrated automatic scheduled mass mail service – enables automatic sending of mass mail for resume updation, birthday greetings etc. to all candidates in the database. Keeps auto-refreshing your database with zero manual effort.
4. TEAM MANAGEMENT
4.0	Team Management	Organize your recruiters into different teams such as client-based, industry/domain-based etc. to enable efficient management, monitoring and work assignment.
4.1	Recruitment Teams	You can create recruitment teams in which to group & manage recruiters.  Limitations Allows creating up to 2 recruitment teams only.
5. REPORTING
5.0	Basic Reports	Supports generation of core reports for regular work tracking and management of recruitment activity.  Limitations Provides basic reports such as Daily/Weekly work reports etc. Advanced reports for performance analysis, revenue tracking, gap analysis etc. not available.  Automatic reports are also not available in this edition.
6. CUSTOMIZABILITY
6.0	UI Customization	Enables you to custom design important module screens, list views etc. by re-positioning fields, adding your own custom fields, making fields mandatory/read-only etc.
6.1	Data Customization	Add your own user-defined fields to store additional data for modules such as candidates, jobs, clients etc.
7. EXTERNAL APPLICATION INTEGRATION
7.0	Chrome Addin	Integrates with Google Chrome browser to enable direct downloading of resumes from Job Boards, Social sites etc.
7.1	Outlook Addin with Automatic Transfer	Talenture IH Addin integrates with Microsoft Outlook for automatic parsing of resumes from your incoming email.
7.2	LinkedIn Integration	Chrome addin with support for direct parsing and download of candidate profile information from Linked In.
7.3	Job Board Integration	Chrome addin with support for direct parsing and download of full candidate details including resume file and profile details from popular Job Boards such as Monster.com, Naukri.com etc.
7.4	Resume Submission from Company Website	Integrates with your corporate website for direct submission of resumes to Talenture IH database.
7.5	Resume Inbox	Special email inbox facility to enable parsing and transfer of resumes from any email application such as Thunderbird, Gmail etc. Talenture IH automatically parses resume content from any email that your forward from an external email application to the ResumeInbox email-id.

1.1 Talenture IH Professional Edition
The Professional Edition is the middle level edition of Talenture IH. It is targeted at medium to large sized teams of 5-50 users. 

This edition supports all features available in the Standard edition and includes additional features as listed below:

• Open Recruitment Framework (ORF) for collaborative recruitment with vendor associates, freelancers etc.
• Includes client invoicing and revenue tracking.
• More report categories available: performance analysis, revenue reports

7. TEAM MANAGEMENT
7.0	Recruitment Teams	Supports creation of recruitment teams for managing your team members. Limitations Allows creating up to 5 recruitment teams.
7.1	Transfer Work	Allows single-click transfer the work of a user to another team member. For example when a team member leaves the organization all of the active jobs they were working on can be transferred to another team member.

1.2 Talenture IH Enterprise Edition
The Enterprise Edition is the highest edition of Talenture IH. It can support hundreds of users.

This supports all features available in the lower editions and includes additional features as listed below:

7.1	Multiple Currencies	Supports defining multiple currency formats for tracking CTC, revenues etc.
8. REMOTE ACCESS CONTROL
8.0	Network Restrictions	Supports enforcing IP restrictions for controlling access to Talenture IH from remote locations. You can define rules based on IP address ranges to restrict access to authorized users.
9. DATA MANAGEMENT
9.0	On Demand Data Export	Allows scheduled bulk export of resume data stored in Talenture IH to a folder on the local computer hard disk.

1.3 Choosing a Talenture IH Edition
Follow these guidelines in order to choose a Talenture IH Edition suited to your requirements:

a. Talenture IH Standard Edition

• Small team size of 1 to 10 recruiters
• Work sharing on job requirements is not needed
• External collaboration not required

b. Talenture IH Professional Edition

• Team size of 5 to 50 recruiters
• Work on job requirements to be shared among multiple recruiters
• Need fine grained role assignment; recruiters doing specialized work for different stages of recruitment. For e.g. back-end work such as Candidate Sourcing, Screening etc. to be kept separate from client facing roles.
• External collaboration with associates, freelances etc. required
• Need to implement invoicing and revenue tracking

 c. Talenture IH Enterprise Edition

• Large team of 100 or more recruiters with multiple team managers at different levels.
• Customized database management features with segregation of candidates across recruiters, maintaining confidential candidates.
• Require support for candidate lead management/headhunting process.
• Geographically dispersed team members in different roles where remote access needs to be controlled.
• In-depth reporting tools required such as scheduled reports for managing large teams  with minimum push efforts
• If more control is required on external collaborators such as business associates, freelancers etc.
  
  

1.4 Upgrading/Downgrading Your Talenture IH Edition
Once you’ve opted for a specific Talenture IH edition if you later on feel it is not suited to your requirements you can always switch to a different edition.

a. Upgrade
Upgrading allows you to enhance your current edition to a higher edition of Talenture IH opening up access to additional features. For example, upgrading from the Standard Edition to the Professional Edition will automatically enable the additional features available in the latter.

b. Downgrade
You can also come down to a lower edition of Talenture IH in case you find that you do not need the features available in your current edition of Talenture IH . In this case the features available in the edition you were using will be disabled in the lower edition.

Note that:

• You will also lose all data related to features that get disabled
• You will lose all User Interface Customizations done in module screens such as Candidate detail screen, Job Details screen etc. prior to the downgrade.
  
  However any User Defined Fields that you’ve added in customized screens will remain in the database and can be added to a screen after the downgrade.

So, for example, if your current edition of Talenture IH is the Enterprise Edition and you downgrade it to Professional then all Enterprise level features will get automatically disabled.
