The Interview object stores details of job interviews scheduled within an organization. This is used during the recruitment process to schedule and track the progress of interviews.
Interviews are created for specific candidates in a Job. An Interview has the following elements:
- Candidate Details: Basic details of candidate for whom interview is created.
- Interview Rounds: One or more Rounds can be added to an Interview for candidate
- Interview Reports: An Interview Report is submitted for each Round in an Interview.
The Interview object offers a single place for managing interview related details while offering flexibility to add as many rounds as required, track all work on it and maintain history.
Similar to Jobs, Interviews also provide an approval process which can be used in organizations where an approval from a Line Manager/Department Head.
