Possible Causes & Solutions
- Cause 1: There are a large number of messages pending to be processed for the email account in the internal message store of SkillPoint.
Solution: Check the number of pending messages in the internal SkillPoint message store and clear the pending message list, if required. In case the messages in the pending list are not getting reduced it may indicate that a problem message is causing the processing to remain stuck. Sometimes, when there is a large backlog of messages to be processed, the resume transfer from MS Outlook may seem to be stuck as the status message in the Addin bar may keep showing “Busy”.
