The Reports module offers dedicated report views for tracking and managing work on interviews.
You can use the Managed Interview Summary and Performed Interviews Summary categories to track work and generate reports on Interviews.
- Managed Interview Summary: This folder displays summary listings of interviews being managed by you.
- Performed Interviews: This folder report views of all interviews in which you have performed rounds.
For example you can get a hiring group-wise report for interviews managed by you or a in the case of Performed Interviews a report on hiring decisions for interviews performed by you.
You can export all these reports into an MS Excel using the Export option provided in all report views.

1. Get a hiring group-wise report for interviews managed by you
- Point to the Modules Menu and select Reports. The Reports Navigator will open.
- In the Navigator under Manual Reports, expand 'Recruiting Process'->'Work Tracking Reports'-> 'Managed Interviews Summary'.
- Click on 'By Hiring Group'.
2. Get a report on hiring decisions for interviews performed by you
- Point to the Modules Menu and select Reports. The Reports Navigator will open.
- In the Navigator under Manual Reports, expand 'Recruiting Process'->'Work Tracking Reports'-> 'Performed Interview Summary'.
- Click on 'By Hiring Decision'.
